Photo-etched kit
Your MG and MKs of your aircraft have to be recalibrated after maintenance? Then you need airmodels photoetched "gun calibration disk" kit. This kit contains:
For synchronization of the MG's attached to the fuselage and wing root you need a so-called "Auswanderungsscheibe" (gun calibration disk). For this purpose, the guns are fired through the "Auswanderungsscheibe" attached to the propeller hub while the engine is running and the guns are synchronized with the engine according to the shot pattern on the disk.
The aircraft is jacked up for this purpose. Axle stands in various sizes which are required for this maintenance work, also are available from Airmodel Item AM-6005, AM-6006 and AM-6022. The calibration shooting took place at specially secured locations at the airfield.
Additional Note: The position of the mountingbracets was choosen, so that they can fit to most of the available Fw 190 A/F/G kits.
