SC-1000 "Bätcher" Fire Bomb. This bomb was invented in WW 2 from H.G. Bätcher for german Luftwaffe bombers. 2 Fuel drums had been mounted together and fitted with the front and rear part of a SC 1000 "Hermann" Bomb. The petrol/gas inside had been lit with 4 small bombs after it had been dropped into the water.
The burning fuel should destroyed wooden bridges very effective. This Bomb was carried from He 111, Ju 88 and even Ju 87 Bombers.
