| Das
Modell nach der Grundierung... Rechts wurden noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten
korrigiert bzw. Unebenheiten beseitigt. Diese kann man am besten nach der
Grundierung erkennen. |

| Das
Modell wurde komplett mit "Aircraftgrey" von Gunze lackiert (RLM
62), darüber dann 2 Schichten Glanzlack, da der Spachtel gut saugt
und bei zuwenig Auftrag an diesen Stellen rauh bleibt. Der Hochglanz ist
nötig um die Ränder der Decals verschwinden zu lassen- ausser
man tut sich die Qual an, alles genau auszuschneiden. Um das "Aufsilbern"
von Decals zu vermeiden werden die Abziehbilder in den feuchten Glanzlack,
der kurz vorher mit Pinsel oder Airbrusch aufgetragen wurde, direkt eingelegt.
Auch im Lack kann man sie noch verschieben.
Das Modell steht auf den
Letrasetbögen die zur Herstellung der neuen Beschriftung verwendet
wurden. Letztendlich wurden 6 (!) Lackschichten.Grundierung-Hauptfarbe-2X
Glanzlack-1x Glanzlack zur Versieglung der Decals und der Endmattüberzug
aufgebracht. Als Glanzlack verwendete Herr Schuch Bodenglänzer (z.B.
Erdal oder Future aus den USA). Denn was Trittfest ist, ist auch Griffest!
Außerdem glänzt dieses Material heftig. Future hat den Vorteil,
das es ein reiner Acryllack ist, im Gegensatz zu Erdal. Leider bekommt
man es in Deutschland fast nicht. (PX) Erdal dagegen riecht gut, und beides
kann direkt aus dem Behälter verarbeitet werden außerdem ist
es für die Airbrush geeignet. |

The model was painted completely overall with " Aircraftgrey " by Gunze
(RLM 62), over it 2 layers gloss lacquer had been aplyed, since the putty
well sucks and remains rough in the case of too little job at these places.
The high polish is necessarily to avoid the "silvering" effect around the
edges of the Decals, except one want to cut out erery Decal exactly.
Also Mr. Schuch layed them into damp gloss lacquer, which was laid on briefly
beforehand with brush or Airbrusch, directly. Also in the lacquer one can
still shift it.
The model stands on "Letrasetboegen"
for the production of the new inscription was used. All in all 6 goats
of paint had been aplyd. Primer, RLM 62,-2X gloss lacquer and 1x gloss
lacquer for sealing the Decals and the final matte coat. Mr. Schuch used
"Bodenglaenzer" (e.g. Erdal or Future from the USA) as gloss lacquer. Additionally
this material shines extremely. Future is better, because it is a pure
acryl lacquer, contrary to Erdal. Unfortunately one does not get it in
Germany almost. (PX) Erdal against it smells well, and both can be processed
directly for the airbrush. |

Und hier nun nach - mit Sicherheit Nerven aufreibender Arbeit - das Resultat.
Und das kann sich sehen lassen! Dieses Modell kann man bald im Steyerer
Technikmuseum besichtigen... und noch viele andere Modelle von Herrn Alexander
Schuch. |

And here you can see the result. I am shure the process of modelling was
not very easy. But the model looks excellent! One can soon see this model
in the technique museum in Speyer Germany... and also many other models
of Mr. Alexander Schuch. |
